Hi and salam everyone!!
Fuh!, it's been a month I did not write anything on this crappy blog. Bukan apa..after the last post, my laptop buat hal lagi. Dekat dua 3 minggu jugak laptop ni koma. So, terpaksa berulang-alik pinjam laptop dari library every 3 days for the whole 3 weeks. Sepanjang 3 minggu tu, mmg hilang terus mood nak update blog. After the 3 weeks period, kena pulak prepare for second mid term. So, mmg tak de masa nak post entry baru. Since I am having spring break right now, I'll have some spare time, hence getting this blog finally updated.
And for those yang sudi dan setia singgah my blog walaupun tak de update baru, I would like to thanks lots. Based on the traffic infos, I get to know where my readers come from. Most are from Malaysia and the States which to me does make sense as those are 2 countries where my friends come from. Others from UK, Egypt, Russia, and Indonesia where I can easily know who these people are (Alip, kalau terbaca ni, sila drop some comments weyh!) But there are few countries which to me sounds rather "exotic", and as far as I know I don't have any acquaintances over there. These countries such as Venezuela, Denmark, and Turkey. I guest maybe they are Malaysians yang tinggal atau berkerja at those countries. (If happened you guys baca post ni, thanks again sebab sudi singgah but it's much nicer if you guys dropped some comments =).
Anyhoo, I think this is one of the reasons I think blogging is exciting. You know there are someone who read what you wrote, your thought, your nonsensical ramblings, and your stupid and trivial experiences, BUT you keep wondering who these people are. I know some of these readers were accidental visitors when they searched for certain entries and their search engines (unfortunately) came up with my blog as the result.
Some are blog-hoppers when they visited other people's blogs and were directed to my blog from the comments I left. (actually this is the way I accidentally reach and get hooked with some random strangers' blogs). You see how the advanced information technology created a border-less world to the extent that we can read about people's lives and thoughts without even knowing them. It may sound creepy but at the end it depends on how you utilize the technology and handle the infos you want to share with.
Ok, enough about this blog thingy. As I told you before, I am having spring break right now, but alas not in the mood. Sebab apa? Spring break tahun ni ntah kenapa macam winter break. Masih sejuk lagi. Nak kata tumbuh bunga lagi la, sekuntum pon tak kuar. Snow left-over pon ada lagi. Langsung tak mcm spring break. Macam tahun lepas spring break sgt best. It was warm sampai kitorang buat bbq picnic lagi. Haishh, as someone who originally from hot tropical country I could not believe I'll say this: I miss sunshine sooooo much!! Yes, I prefer the hot, humid weather to the freezing coldness.
Senang je nak masak bende ni..
First, utk kuah dia, korang rebus daging sampai empuk. Sementara menunggu daging empuk, blend bawang merah dan bawang putih then tumis sampai naik bau. Bila naik bau, masukkan cili giling, sos tiram, sos cili, sos tomato, dan minyak ikan. Then, masukkan daging dan air rebusan dia sekali ke dalam bahan tumis tadi. Lastly, masukkan hirisan bawang besar, carrot, dan cili api.
Untuk nasi goreng pula, korang tumis blended bawang merah bersama-sama dengan sedikit cili giling, minyak ikan, sos tiram, da sedikit garam. Gaulkan dengan nasi putih sampai rata. Angkat dan dihidangkan dengan kuah tadi dan juga telur mata kerbau. Terbaek ahh rasa dia!!
And as to celebrate the spring break (yg tak terasa sangat spring dia), I downloaded this song for you all. I don't why but I think this song suits well with the theme and mood of spring break. Enjoy!! =)

As the closing for this entry, let me share with you the picture of the awesome nasi goreng negara asal-usulku USA yang aku buat malam tadi. Surprisingly, it was not so hard to prepare but the taste was on par with the one prepared by any seafood restaurants (cehh..on par la sangat....)
